Since you’re reading my blog you probably want to know a little bit about the man in charge. Well, as you might have gathered from the name of the blog, my name is Hannes Johnson. Like I said in the first post I’m 23 (as of this writing) and I live in Reykjavik, Iceland - and no, I don’t live in an Igloo ;) You’re thinking about Greenland, just remember Greenland = ice ; Iceland = green (sort of). But I digress…
I’ve pretty much been making websites since I first got online around 1996/1997 - but the first few years it was just a hobby, I was just creating pages for myself for fun. Then around 1999/2000 I tried out different money-making opportunities that were popular back then (like AllAdvantage). In 2001 I joined SFI but didn’t do much with it until around 2003 when I took a “leap of faith” and got myself a Plug-In Profit Site. The site that was set up for me is located at Work At Home Made Easy dot Net and it hasn’t changed that much after all these years… (note to self: must do an extreme makeover when I get the chance).

Some of my interests include movies, music, physical activities (soccer, working out, badminton and golf), computers, the internet, photography and traveling - I’ve been to 23 countries so far and I definitely intend on adding to that list. I would really like to visit Australia and Asia in the near future - South America might also be cool.

I’m not a millionaire (yet) but I think I’m doing alright considering that I’m a full-time student - currently studying Computer Science (graduating this spring). Not sure if I’m going to jump into the online business full-time just yet, we’ll see…
